Cheri Nelson
Franchise Owner
Cheri has owned the local Kalispell franchise since 1999 and has a passion to help people succeed, whether they are business owners wanting to grow and develop their business or individuals searching for new employment opportunities. Express Employment Professionals offers coaches, called developers, to assist each office encouraging them toward growth and future development. Cheri is a developer guiding their success, working with the 6 additional Montana offices, Cody, WY and has open territory available for future offices in Saskatchewan. Cheri is a part of many local organizations as well. She is a part of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Kalispell Chamber of Commerce, and Toastmasters. Whether your question is concerning human resources, the local job market or somewhere in between, Cheri and her team will offer you solutions!

Nikki DeMars
Branch Manager
Nikki became part of our team at Express Employment Professionals in 2002. She has held a variety of positions within our company such as Front Office Coordinator, Industrial Staffing Consultant, and her current position as Office Manager. Nikki is Express University Certified as a Front Office Coordinator and in Inside and Outside Sales. She is currently working towards her Express University Certification in Business Management. The most rewarding part of her job at Express was working as a Staffing Consultant for 5 years because she had the opportunity to help people advance their skills and self-esteem by matching them with great employment opportunities. Helping people has always been a passion of hers.

Mandy Ramey
Commercial Staffing Consultant
Mandy joined the team at Express Employment Professionals in June of 2008 and since then has made a strong impact in her department and continues to work hard for her associates and clients. She is ready to help clients with their current and future staffing needs and assist our associates in reaching their short-term and long-term career goals. Mandy is currently certified in Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Business Management programs. Mandy is active in the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce, and enjoys networking and building new relations with clients and community members.

Katie Brien
Administrative/Professional Staffing Consultant
Katie started with Express temporarily in February of 2011, but started as a FT Industrial Staffing Assistant in June of 2011. In September of 2011 she moved to the Office Services Staffing Consultant for temporary and entry level staffing. In January of 2013 she moved to Office Services Department Head. Katie is currently certified in Front Office Coordinator and working on her Inside Sales Certification. Katie Received Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Montana, May 2010. Katie has been active in the Flathead Area Young Professionals or FAyP. Katie enjoys talking to client’s months down the road about an associate who was placed with them and hearing the positive feedback about how that associate has done and how grateful they are to have the associate on their team and she enjoy seeing associates who have been placed on an assignment who really enjoy their job and are so happy to be there.

Jordan Nelson
Recruiter
Jordan started with Express in June of 2012. He started at the Industrial Staffing Consultant Assistant before he moved to his current position of Recruiter in February of 2013. Jordan is certified in Front Office Coordinator and Inside Sales, and is currently working on his Outside Sales certification. He is currently active in Job Service Employment Council (JSEC) and Flathead Area Young Professionals (FAyP). Jordan enjoys finding those great associates who are eager to work and getting them in to Express to be placed at our great clients.

Tricia Lake
Industrial Staffing Consultant Assistant
Tricia started with Express in August of 2012. She started as our Front Office Coordinator and then moved to the Industrial Staffing Consultant Assistant in March of 2013. She came to us with a background of Human Resources and with her HR knowledge and always smiling face she has been a perfect fit with us in both her Front Office Coordinator position and Staffing Consultant position. Tricia is currently pursuing her certification in the Front Office Coordinator.

Tina Catencamp
Office Services Staffing Consultant
Tina started the 1st of March of 2013. She has come in to work in our Office Services department as a Staffing Consultant. Tina came to us with a lot of staffing experience as an Office Manager, Top Sales and placements over 11 different locations and exceeded $2,000,000 in sales in 2011 at a previous staffing agency she worked with. She is currently working on her Inside Sales Certification. What she enjoys most is placing the most qualified candidates for are clients, meeting new people, and finding the right fit for our associates.

Front Office Coordinator
Jennifer is our newest team member starting in mid-March. Jennifer has come to us with a lot of office services experience and will handle desk from all angles with her experience. She will be starting on her Front Office Coordinator certification.
